Reflex Vehicle Hire is a nationwide commercial vehicle rental company, providing businesses with car and van rental solutions, at an affordable price.
The rental company first approached Digital Ethos for holistic digital marketing support. With their corporate hierarchy, it was important to prove value in digital marketing as a source of revenue and growth.
Reflex Vehicle Hire needed to gain national rankings to give them more exposure and allow them to compete effectively with competition.
Firstly, we carried out a comprehensive user experience audit, allowing us to create new wireframes and page designs. We didnt want to start driving traffic to a website that didnt allow for optimal user experience.
Once we nailed the designs, we shifted our focus to content. Re-writing existing content allowed us to execute our SEO keyword strategy, increasing the length of the copy and optimising for intent and keywords. A large part of the Reflex Vehicle Hire’s strategy has been focussed on localised landing pages, allowing the company to have a national reach, whilst showcasing their local expertise. We carried out extensive keyword research to prioritise major cities, we continue to work closely with Reflex Vehicle Hire on their national SEO strategy, working through over 30 localised landing pages.
Whilst gaining national rankings, we needed to make it easier for the current traffic to convert. By implementing a ‘bot’ popup on all pages, it was much eaeasier for users to enquire and start the conversation; something that had slowed down since not being able to attend trade shows and speak to customers face to face during lockdown.
